Bree Street Gallery is the transformation of an electrical substation into a public gallery for practicing artists.
The project takes what could have been a single mural and creates a more inclusive platform — one that engages different communities, gives opportunity to multiple artists, and invites more active engagement from passersby. Lit at night, it turns an overlooked piece of city infrastructure into a destination.
