HEAT Winter Arts Festival 2025

A winter arts festival for the City Centre

HEAT is a vibrant winter arts festival set in Cape Town's City Centre, designed to boost visitor numbers to art galleries, live events and the hospitality industry during the quieter winter months.

The festival includes a curated programme of live music spanning jazz, folk, RnB, hip-hop and opera, alongside a considered theatre programme presenting some of the best works by rising theatre-makers, raucous stand-up comedy, and cutting-edge digital artworks.
